Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Kūl ships internationally and offers free worldwide shipping. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated delivery times.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Email kulpuppies@proton.me as soon as possible with URGENT in the subject line and include your order details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 2–4 business days to begin updating.

Help! I think my order is lost.

If your tracking has stopped updating, please allow a little extra time because carrier delays can occur. If your order still has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will help investigate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the secure payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards where available.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Standard international orders usually arrive within 8–14 business days after dispatch. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days, or up to 6 business days during peak periods.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate replacement or solution where eligible.
